This Cabernet Sauvignon from premium South Australian vineyards is a complex, full bodied, dry Cabernet that is matured in French and American oak offering berry fruit flavours and subtle oak tannins.

Intense ruby with purple highlights. Intriguing, complex, blackcurrant and wild herb. Mouth filling with ripeness, texture and graininess. A charming Cabernet Sauvignon spiced up with some characterful Sangiovese would be perfect for such an occasion!

Medium colour with magenta hues. Hints of blackberry balanced with leafy herbal aromas and some cedar. Similar flavours to the aromas, with black currants and dried herbs. Medium weight with soft tannins and a lingering finish.

Semi translucent dark red core with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. A fragrant mix of red and sour cherries, violets and smoky clove greets the nostrils with some earthy stalk like notes also present. Spicy red and sour cherry fruits are both juicy and savoury with notions of clove, earth and dried herbs lying underneath. Fine grained tannins with a fresh elegant finish. A classic elegant and cool climate Shiraz. Presenting with a deep crimson color and the aroma of a spicy berry. The palette is medium bodied with a full depth and lasting finish. This barrel aged Shiraz is an absolute delight.

100% Barrel Aged and hand picked from old vines within the Yarra Valley. Pale brick red color and spicy fruit aroma that holds forest like notes of strawberries. Both tannins of subtle oak and fruit are a good follow through. A very satisfying Pinot.

Once again this producer provides us with a handy little number showing plenty of varietal and regional characteristics. Sticks Pinot Noir from Yarra Valley, features lovely red cherry flavours with playfull spices and charry oak influence. Lean with subtle tannins and medium finish.
