Poole's Rock Chardonnay gives refreshing zesty flavours, lime juice, lemon zest, lemon grass, green melon, kiwi fruit with a lingering mineral line down the palate, a fresh mouth watering aftertaste.

Entirely sourced from Tyrrell's famous HVD vineyard. These dry grown blocks were planted in 1984 and 2003 and together they produce a modern style that has both richness and finesse.

In the glass: Pale lemon. On the nose: Struck match, grapefruit, peach and green apple. On the palate: Powerful yet pure with complexity and balance showing citrus, stonefurit and nutty complexity, a creamy mouth-feel and bright, lively acidity. Delicate yet powerful - lovely!

Cirtus, cashews and creaminess from partial malolactic fermentation. Margan's white wines are some of the Hunter's best and their Chardonnay is right up there.

From a historic vineyard on the banks of the Hunter River, widely regarded as the birthplace of Hunter Valley wine. The 2021 lures you in with spicy pineapple, peach and green mango aromas. A melding of tangy lemon and cashew nut flavours fill the palate, with crisp acidity giving a refreshing finish. Richness without high alcohol. The Usher Tinkler Reserve Chardonnay was produced from grapes grown on the "Fence Block" vineyard in the Hunter Valley, planted by the Tinkler family in 1981. The vineyard is sustainably farmed, and the grapes all harvested by hand before being basket pressed and barrel fermented. After fermentation the wine was then barrel aged for 5-6 months. This Chardonnay is robust with flavours of ripe melon and lemon characteristics, with a hint of French oak and complexity.

The Drayton’s Bull Paddock vineyard, planted in 1965, is the basis for this impressive Chardonnay. This wine is light, golden yellow in colour with a tinge of green. The aromas are of fig and tropical fruits with obvious and well- integrated French oak and yeast complexity. The wine has a round palate with layers of flavour and a well structured mouth feel.
