Add the skills of leading Chardonnay exponent David Bicknell and these hand-picked grapes become wines that express their variety and origin with consummate precision and flair.

The wines of Fraser Gallop Estate are intensely flavoured, textured and complex. Only the finest quality French oak barrels are used for all Fraser Gallop Estate wines, with very specific Bordelais coopers used for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends, and Burgundian coopers for the Chardonnay. The complete winemaking process takes place at the estate - picking to vinification to barrel maturation to bottling to cellaring. Fraser Gallop Estate is an estate grown, produced and bottled wine. It's vibrant and youthful in style and glistens with a seamless exhibition of bright citrus, gentle stone fruit and honeyed nuances.

The Usher Tinkler Reserve Chardonnay was produced from grapes grown on the "Fence Block" vineyard in the Hunter Valley, planted by the Tinkler family in 1981. The vineyard is sustainably farmed, and the grapes all harvested by hand before being basket pressed and barrel fermented. After fermentation the wine was then barrel aged for 5-6 months. This Chardonnay is robust with flavours of ripe melon and lemon characteristics, with a hint of French oak and complexity.
