1998 was the fourth successive drought vintage in the Clare Valley. This Riesling has a fuller orange blossom flavour and aroma produced from a drought year.

Dr Bürklin-Wolf Trocken Riesling 2007 is the perfect blend of pristine citrus and stone fruit aromas. With a crisp middle, lasting dry finish and hint of spice, this dry Riesling is delightful on the palate.

Peter Lehmann, icon of the Barossa Valley, has been churning out award winning Rieslings like it's childs play recently. The Wigan Riesling with all its lifted aromatics of citrus and white flowers followed by a complex palate that lingers has again picked up award and award.

Petaluma Riesling is one of Australia's finest examples of this noble variety. Pale straw in colour the palate exhibits lemon and grapefuit flavours matched by some fresh and racy acidity. Sourced from the home of great Australian Riesling, this trademark Clare Valley aromatic white is wonderful when opened upon release and like all great Rieslings, will develop brilliant toasty characters over a 10 year period in the bottle.

Pressing Matters R139 Riesling is a delicious dessert wine showing a pale straw colour. The bouquet of this wine highlights the sweet aromas of Riesling that sweep across the dainty palate as well. Pear Eau de Vie, quince, ginger and citrus chutney flavours stream across the palate before being corralled into the long, clean and delicate finish. The wine is lovely with soft cheeses and fruit-based desserts.

This classic Riesling has crisp and racy finish with a slight touch of sweetness to balance the natural acidity.

Attractive stone fruit and citrus aromas with complexity from maturation on fermentation lees. The palate is fine and long with persistent flavour supported by oak structure and length. Will drink well over the next 5 years.

The lively palate shows lime, lemon and spice with hints of crushed apple. Mouth watering laser like acidity will ensure this wine will live for many years. A single vineyard wine sourced from the Westering vineyard opposite Lake George. The grapes were hand harvested at 11.3 Baume and whole bunch pressed. Juice was cool fermented in stainless steel and the wine held on light lees until bottling in July 2018. A complex array of melon fig and cashew aromas is followed by a typically elegant and subtle palate with beautifully integrated oak. Petaluma had set a benchmark in Australian Chardonnay.
