This single-vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our Eden Valley estate in the rolling hills of Pewsey Vale. A complex wine that is well-rounded and finishes with silky, lingering tannins. Region Barossa, Eden Valley Colour Deep purple in colour Aroma Complex aromas of violets, blackcurrants, and plums Palate The palate is rewarded with pronounced black cherries, mulberries, and a hint of star anise.

The cool hills of the Eden Valley has produced a Pinot Noir of intense colour and rich flavour. The aromas of strawberry and cherry are eveident on the nose. A hint of cinnamon and clove spice also contribute to the aromatics of this wine. Layered flavours of Strawberry, Black Cherry and Plum have integrated well with clove spice to coat the mouth. The palate is soft and elegant.
