A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. 'Pure and fragrant, expect a nose layered with cassis, blackcurrant, leaf and dusty spice rack spices, while in your mouth it's pure, beautifully structured, fine and dry. A dry elegant Shiraz with ripe berry and spice on the nose flowing generously onto the back palate. The tannins are soft and elegant creating a smooth texture on the palate.

Vibrant garnet with a purple hue. Aromas of lifted pepper, blue fruits, delicate spice, and a hint of violets. Dense forest fruits, elegant tannins, and a bright raspberry acidity on the finish.

Vasse Felix, Margaret River's founding wine estate, was established by Dr Thomas Brendan Cullity in 1967. Among his first plantings were Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec vines, from which he produced the estate's first red wine. The Tom Cullity descends from these original vines and represents the pinnacle of Vasse Felix. The inaugural release will be in May 2017, coinciding with Vasse Felix's 50th Anniversary.

Voyager Estate Shiraz is deep red in colour with an explosive nose of oak blackberries and spice that is succeeded by a rich flavoursome palate and some chewy tannins. Will improve wonderfully with time.

This Forester Estate Shiraz has concentrated and lifted aroma of plum, white chocolate, spices, sandalwood like oak with some hints of violets; elegantly structured with a soft and rounded tannins on the palate. A very approachable style to enjoy with friends and family.

A lovely example of Margaret River Cabernet Merlot, Flametree Cabernet Merlot is showing big dense fruit characters of blackcurrant and stewed plums. A silky seamless palate with rich fruit concentration and chocolaty complexity. Matured in French oak barrels has softened and rounded this wine.

The Regional Series from Capel Vale showcase grape varieties and their most suited regions. This example of Margaret River Cabernet has all the traditional flavours of blackcurrent, bay leaf and a hint of cigar box.
