Veuve Clicquot is widely regarded as one of the great Champagne houses. A pioneer in Champagne, Madame Clicquot's legacy can still be tasted in every bottle of Veuve. The Vazart-Coquart family has been involved in the wine business for centuries. In 1953, Louis Vazart and his son Jacques launched the family Champagne brand. Jean-Pierre Vazart, Jacques son, is now in charge of the estate. The Vazarts grow 95% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Noir on their 26.4 acres (10.7ha) in Chouilly. Average vine age is 30 years. They produce what is considered to be one of the best Blanc de Blancs in Champagne.

Piper-Heidsieck champagne is a sharp sparkling wine, aged over four years to create a long lasting crisp palate that is as refreshing as it is flavourful. Experience beautiful notes of grape, fresh apple, citrus, white fruit, and fresh almond.

The guiding principles of blending are the achievement of harmony and consistency. The White Foil blend is traditionally composed from around 80 still base wines, drawn from different vineyard sites (crus), grape varieties and vintage years. The blend contains approximately one third of each three grape varieties of Champagne. Pinot Noir contributes body, depth of character and life extending tannins, Pinot Meunier adds youthful freshness, vigour and plump fruit character while Chardonnay gibes lightness, elegance and firmness.

A flamboyant, scarlet red robe - a recognizable signature. Delicate and lively effervescence. A rich and expressive red fruit nose - blackcurrant, blackberry, cherry and Gariguette strawberry freshened with citrus, mandarin and blood orange. A finish lifted with paprika and saffron. A brisk, original and juicy wine which simultaneously offers black cherry, blackberry, pink grapefruit and blood orange notes. This structure and fruitiness is enriched with warm, spicy notes of Espelette pepper, tea and liquorice.

Very pale, crystal-bright in colour.Intense and complex on the nose with a wide range of aromas including citrus and white fruits, honeysuckle flowers and iodine notes which give off an impression of freshness.This airy and delicate wine of a surprising length is characterised by high purity of taste, a long and non-saturating finish.Laurent-Perrier Ultra Brut is a wine with no added sugar. It expresses the quintessential character of champagne and was known as a Great Wine Without Sugar. Serve between 8°C and 10°C.
