Nero d’Avola is the workhorse red wine of Sicily. This superb, squeaky clean example boasts robust dark plum and cherry fruit flavours with lick of liquorice and spice. Feudo Arancio specialises in using native Sicilian grape varieties which in conjunction with the Mediterranean island’s warm climate and maritime conditions result in wines that Australians truly adore.

This blend of Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Pinot Gris has been blended to create a beautiful wine made to be enjoyed chilled. the Limestone Coast Pinot Noir has been blended with the Barossa Shiraz and Pinot Gris which are co fermented. This results in a light, bright blend that displays lifted notes of raspberry and blackberry jube with hints of mint. The resulting palate defies the appearence and bright bouquet with long, fine tannis adding wonderful balance and persistence which becomes a highlight of this wine.

Freyas Once & Well wines are grown in ancient granite-based soils. They are wines of place, expressing the essence of Margaret River, with fruit sourced from a few different sites.

Once & Wells Chardonnay comes from grapes grown in both the warmer and cooler areas of the Margaret River region, mixing tropical and citrus characteristics to produce a distinctive and well-balanced wine. The Chardonnays nose is vibrant, rich and enticing with tropical fruits such as lychee and pineapple, citrus, some spice, nougat and hints of jasmine. The palate is light and refreshing with a mealy mid-palate and elegant finish. A touch of vanilla and spicy oak gives this Chardonnay a refined note.

Flametree are nestled in the picturesque Margaret River wine region where they continue to be surrounded by a buzz and excitement centred on the quality wine they are producing. Attention to detail is paramount in the winery where careful site, clonal and oak selections are made to produce exceptional Chardonnay's like this one. Characters of dried pears, grapefruit, melon and fig are balanced with searing acidity and a length of flavour that speaks to its promising future.

Redolent of blackcurrant and fresh bay leaves, soft, juicy and finely structured. A great example of this blend so well suited to Margaret River.

Fruit tannin and bold flavours of mulberries and wet slate. A focused core of fine textures and glazed cherries culminates in a mineral and persistent finish.

Intensely fresh with delicate aromas of passionfruit, white nectarine and tropical fruits. The palate shows zesty lemon and crisp green apple finishing with steely minerality and lingering succulent acidity. Elegant Sauvignon and a delicious example of the expression of terroir of the KarriBindi Karridale vineyard in southern Margaret River.

A collage of lime, lemon and fresh pear are layered on a generous creamy palate. The fruit flavours reflect the purity of Karridale Sauvignon Blanc with the Semillon fleshing out the mid palate adding a depth of richness and volume. The wine finishes with finely balanced acidity and lingering freshness.
