Teapot Bitters are a unique, hand-crafted cocktail ingredient, inspired by the combined medicinal history of tea and bitters. Ancient tea and spice routes both shaped historic civilisations and their impact can still be felt today in Tea Rooms around the world, with beverages such as Masala Chai, spiced milk tea.

Originally created in 1828 by Johann Gottlieb Boker, whose company closed during Prohibition in the 1920s. This re-formulation was released in August 2009, and uses overproof spirit and seven botanicals including orange peel, quassia bark, catechu, cardamom and mallow flowers.

A limited edition bottling reformulated in 2010, using knowledge of patent bitters and referencing old formulae, medical journals and advertisements, these bitters now attempt to recreate the defunct bottling. Overproof spirit and eight botanicals are used, including chamomile, orange peel, lemon peel, coriander seed and orris root.

Dandelion and Burdock is the fusion of overproof spirit and seven botanicals including dandelion root, fresh ginger, citrus peel and star anise.

Produced in small batches utilising grape spirit, the 78 Degrees Gin is vapour distilled using our unique column and basket distillation method, to retain delicate flavours and aromas.

The third release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney to celebrate the lush, fertile lands of Scotland that connect all those who have stood upon them for generations.​ The McCartney sisters' love of Scotland stems from their memories of summer days in amber fields at the family farm in the Scottish countryside. They describe nature as both energising and serene, contrasting qualities rekindled by this collaboration. This affinity with the land inspires joyful memories of family, sisterhood and community. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team have taken inspiration from natural Scottish grasslands to create this distinctive expression, redolent of warm meadows and mature barley fields, with a rich, citrus scented finish, using a combination of both sherry seasoned oak and bourbon casks.
