This thirst quenching Kolsch style lager is brewed traditionally to be super clean and crisp. Using a reverse osmosis filter to strip our water of all minerals, we then rebuild the water profile of this beer to replicate that in the Czech Republic. Pilsner malt and wheat malt are used as the base with the addition of Saaz & Perle hops for a little bit of spice to recreate the traditional flavours of a sessionable European lager.

Despite being unfiltered, Yulli’s Seabass Lager is clean and refreshing. A mix of NZ hops with AUS wheat and barley, with a touch of a salty edge, this is the perfect wind down lager for the end of a hard day…. Or the start of one. The use of Vienna and wheat give a rounded sweet malt finish to go along with bitterness you’d expect from a draught beer. A subtle amount of Cascade and Vic Secret hops lends to some floral and citrus notes, with this beer finishing clean and crisp. Being unfiltered it pours with a slight hazy golden hue with a creamy head indulging your eyes.

A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes the yellow bright lager, 'Original', a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine poured, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewery de Posthoorn was founded in 1806 in the South of Holland. The brewerys name was chosen because of its location next to the postal carriage station. The post horn was used to signal their arrival and departure. While waiting for the postal carriages, people enjoyed the brewerys fine beer.
