This wine is a celebration of Grant Burge as a 5th generation Barossa vigneron. This rich Cabernet Merlot has concentrated redcurrant and dark plum flavours, supported by fine tannins and spicy oak. Estate grown and fermented in small open top fermenters, our Shiraz shows plummy, red cherry, savoury and spice fruits with balanced acidity and tannins. Matured in /french oak for 24 months.
