The wines of Fraser Gallop Estate are intensely flavoured, textured and complex. NANNUP ESTATE Phillip Stanley Chardonnay, Blackwood Valley

Rounded and smooth with a creamy texture and a fine line of acid. Ripe fruit with nutty - almond like oak. There is an underlying smokey-lanolin complexity with peach, nectarine,spice and lime.

APPEARANCE: Deep gold. AROMA: Orange blossom, negroni, mint, thyme. PALATE: Tightly wound structure of sauvignon blanc and semillon tannins spreading the fruit out to the back of the palate, with crisp natural acidity. Orange blossom flutters in the mouth as a gorgeous tribute to the Moon opposite Saturn flower day harvest.
