Starward Two-Fold Double Grain Whisky is a flavourful Australian whisky matured in Australian red wine barrels. This ambitious expression marries two quintessentially Australian grains - wheat and malted barley - and elementally matures them in Melbourne's intensely reactive climate. Two-Fold promises to deliver an approachable whisky, with bright aromas of spiced vanilla, tropical fruits and cereals. The palate is rounded carrying hints of red apples and berries. The finish is delicate with soft tannins and lingering red fruits. This is a whisky for any occasion; neat by the fire, on ice to celebrate, mixed up in a perfect Manhattan. David Vitale, founder, started off with a simple vision; create a uniquely Australian whisky to bring forth to the world with pride. Born and bred in Melbourne, David was inspired to create a spirit that reflects his home town – from its culture to it’s famed ‘four seasons in a day’ temperature swings. It is a city surrounded by some of Australia’s leading wine regions – all within a day’s drive – and is regarded as the microbrewing capital of Australia. It seems obvious now that all the ingredients for a modern Australian whisky were close by. But, in 2007, when he first started, the idea of an approachable, affordable Australian whisky - served neat or as a cocktail with food - was a big leap of faith. While Australia had a well-established small-scale ultra-premium whisky scene, David pioneered an affordable, approachable and distinctly Australian whisky. The result is STARWARD. A modern Australian whisky, elementally matured for three “Melbourne years” in Australian wine barrels, that pushes the boundaries of what whisky can be.
Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
A secret recipe of adventurous spice & natural flavours that are expertly blended with fine Caribbean rum then aged in charred white oak barrels to create a taste and colour as rich as a pocketful of gold doubloons. Notes of rich natural vanilla, brown sugar, dried fruit, warming spices with hints of oak, come together to create a perfectly balanced spirit with a smooth finish. Best served in a tankard over ice, with cola and a slice of lime.

Cello Limecello
A beautifully handcrafted Lime Liqueur from Cello. It uses 100% local produce infused with the purest sugarcane distilled alcohol. With the mouth watering aromas of lime zest, it follows through with long lasting vibrancy of honeyed lime peel and supple acidity with a hint of zest bitterness on the palate.
