A grape vodka, produced from the low wines grown in our East Coast IronHouse vineyards, this traditionally distilled vodka is not for the light hearted. Although exceptionally clean with a dangerously moreish hint of vanilla and caramels, this vodka when taken straight from the freezer is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood, especially caviar or oysters. Delicate, yet exceptionally clean with a crisp creamy finish. In keeping with our environmentally sound ethos, the low wines from our vines produce the clean spirit, thereby minimising wastage and confirming the source quality.

Unique to Old Kempton Distillery Lavender Malt contains a blend of three pure ingredients Tasmanian mountain water, Tasmanian lavender and malted barley. This secret recipe is combined through our copper stills in the heart of Tasmania to create a delicious liqueur with hints of honey, spice and, of course, lavender. Seacliff vodka is handcrafted from barley, grown in the nutrient rich, red earth soils of the fertile Riverina region. Cello Passioncello is a quality handmade Passionfruit Liqueur using 100% local produce infused with fresh passionfruit pulp and sugarcane distilled alcohol. Vibrant passionfruit and crushed meringue aromas on the nose with tangy passionfruit jam on the palate, It has deliciously intense flavour for a true unique tropical drink on crushed ice or an addition to a cocktail.

A classic aniseed flavoured liqueur from Cello. This Sambuca Bianca has seamless flavours of both anisee and star anise, making it a nice smooth drink to easily blend into cocktail recipes or simply added to a great Italian coffee.
