From a single block on our family owned vineyard based in the cool Great Southern, our flagship Ferngrove Cossack Riesling exudes fresh cut lime, pink grapefruit and zesty lemon with a long lasting minerality. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

Occupying some of the more elevated land in the Canberra District, Quarry Hill produces a Shiraz with ripe flavours and excellent natural acids; the hallmarks of great cool-climate Shiraz. Aged in a mix of new and older French oak, the wine is bright purple in the glass, follwed by aromas of raspberry, plum, spice and a little pepper. Through the palate, there are flavours of mulberry and plum, fine tannins and a crisp, dry finish.

Freycinet Riesling is pale straw in colour with a bouquet of orange blossom and honey that makes for immediate appeal. The palate is tightly structured with long citrus and grapefruit flavours. A real keeper!

Clonakilla Riesling is an unsung hero of Tim Kirk's stable of beautiful wines. Herbal with white flowers aromas with citrus and stone fruit bouquet, it has a clean, ripe fruit and zesty finish.

Mount Majura Riesling shows lime and lemon characters, a delicate and delicious dry Riesling.

As part of their quirky Ministry Series, Capital Wine produce a wonderfully racy and aromatic Riesling named The Whip. Both finesse and intensity are balanced... The Enden Road Chardonnay displays pristine aromas of citrus blossom, white peach and grapefruit along with a subtle element of spices on the nose. The natural acidity is seamless and smooth. The palate is generous and textural yet finishes with great length.

Clonakilla's Semillon Sauvignon Blanc is an exceptionally delicious example of the ever popular white blend, showing lovely bright and precise fruit characters throughout. A tinge of fresh herbaceous elements along with ripe, stone fruits frame a crisp palate and clean finish. A great little gem from the family owned Boutique Winery in the Canberra district.
