This wine opens with aromas of honeysuckle and tropical fruits such as paw paw. There is a touch of complexity from the wild fermentation, just enough to let you know that under the pretty facade is a fun and adventurous wine. Imminently approachable and deliciously fresh, Taylors Discoveries Chardonnay is a pale straw with a slightly green hue, with fresh, lifted aromas of peach and subtle tropical fruit characters along with touch of citrus. Mouth-filling whilst still embracing a light and delicate texture. Refreshing tight acidity and a lovely clean finish.

McGuigan produce a flavoursome wine here with a soft, smooth, creamy palate. It has the great sweet tropical fruit and melon flavours of Chardonnay with a touch of caramel oak providing a lingering clean finish.

With flavours that run from finely sliced nectarine to a tickle of mandarin and back to a hint of musk, the Jacob's Creek prosecco is equipped to take on the chill and sweetness of gelato. It has rose petal texture and grapefruit acidity, which makes drinking brilliantly fresh but dangerously easy.
