St Leonards Hip Sip Tawny

The wine has a tawny colour with hints of red. The aroma is a mix of ripe berry fruit, with rancio characters from extended barrel maturation. On the palate there is ripe fruit giving a generous mouth feel with hints of vanilla and chocolate. The wine has an attractive drying finish.

De Bortoli Chill Bill Spritzy Red

You betcha you can chill this red! Slightly fizzy with refreshin’ aromas of red berries, flavours that’s juicin’ of cherries and explosive fruitiness. Easy drinkin’ with meatlover’s pizza or charcuterie. A chillin’ good red to be unveiled!

Fat Bastard Malbec

Medium purple hue. Ripe blackberry & black cherry with hints of fresh tobacco. Upfront, it is all juicy and dark fruited - ripe plum, tangy blueberry with a touch of ribena sweetness - but to follow, a hint of smoky cured meatiness and fine chalky tannin serve to make the finish savoury yet muy refrescante. Fermented in open stainless steel vats on skins for 14 days. Gentle pressing off skins via airbag press. The brainchild of Guy Anderson and Thierry Boudinaud, Fat Bastard Wines came into being via an exclamation, "Now that is what you call a Fat Bastard!" The comment came in response to a barrel of experimental Chardonnay that Thierry had left on lees for an extended maturation. Both Guy and Thierry felt that the wines had to be shared with the world, and so Fat Bastard Wines was born. Now, the pair work with wineries and vineyards from all over the world, sourcing fruit and juice from a myriad different regions and countries. But one factor remains the same: they make unapologetically full-bodied wines, packed with flavour and vibrancy.

Dalvina Amfora Vranec

Macedonias wine history dates back before Alexander and was considered one of the best wine making regions by the Roman empire. Today, Macedonia is continuing its rich wine heritage with modern interpretations of both indigenous and international varieties. This Vranec, the most planted grape in Macedonia, is aged in Amphoras based on ancient versions dug up in Dalvinas vineyards. With aromas of berries, this dry savoury wine shows flavours of ripe plums, other black fruits with firm tannins.

McGuigan Black Label Merlot

McGuigan produce another fantastically smooth and rich Merlot from their Black Label range. It is a soft and flavoursome wine with ripe fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and plums integrated with subtle oak.

Logan Apple Tree Flat Shiraz

Logan's Apple Tree Flat wines pay homage to the people, places and experiences of the Logan winery on the label, but also within the bottle. Quality, varietal and terroir specific can be used to describe these wines and inparticular the Shiraz. In the glass the wine is a lovely crimson red colour which precedes a nose of fresh red berries and hint of earthen tones. In the mouth the wine truly sings with a mixture of berries, plums and spice.

Kings of Prohibition Malbec

Kings of Prohibition Malbec is savoury and seamless. Delicious flavours of black raspberry, pepper & licorice with great finesse & depth.

19 Crimes Snoop Dogg Cali Red

Yellow Tail Merlot

Yellow Tail Merlot is soft and supple, with sweet, plum and cherry flavours and a hint of liquorice or anise. Merlot is an excellent alternative to the heavier and more tannic red varieties.

Tsantali Imiglykos

In Greek 'glykos' means sweetening. This wine is made from local varieties and while not like a dessert wine, it certainly has a decent amount of residual sugar.
