The Ballewindi vineyard is located on the Mornington Peninsula; a region highly suitable for producing elegant Pinot. This wine has raspberry and juicy cherry notes with an underlying minerality. Most importantly, it offers exceptional value for the price.

There is a delicate perfume of Kirsch and dried strawberry with underlying dried bouquet garni. This is a light to medium-bodied wine with a supple yet generously flavoured palate.

Yering Station Yarra Pinot Noir is a classic Pinot Noir with red/black cherry complimented with brooding earthy undertones and subtle savoury spice on the nose. This wine opens with smoky whole bunch character but with air, beautiful red berry fruits (raspberry and cherries), chinese five spice and mocha develop. Flavours are round and deep with dark cherries and smoky savour tannins leading into a soft silky finish. This wine, while young, benefits from airing via a decant or opening early.

Coldstream Hills was established in 1985 by James and Suzanne Halliday and has always produced a benchmark cool-climate Pinot Noir. This beautifully textured wine boasts rich flavours of dark cherries, pepper and foresty notes, with a long and toasty finish.

Onannon is a three-man team comprising close mates Sam Middleton and Kaspar Hermann (both of Mount Mary), and Will Byron of Stonier. This wine is a blend of three vineyards: Onannon's Red Hill site (23-year-old vines, MV6 and 777 clones), plus a site in Shoreham (19-year-old vines, MV6) and one in Merricks North (20-year-old, MV6). Very typical Mornington Peninsula nose with cherry and red berry fruit to the fore, with smoke, a light hint of creamy oak and spice backing, too. Light to medium-bodied, with a nice tug of acid through the palate. The plush red fruit has alluring sweetness complemented by oak and spice. Very Pinot; seamless, composed and complete, this should please all comers.

A fruit driven style of Pinot with fragrant strawberry aromas and sweet berry flavours. Moderate acidity and feathery tannins frame an elegant palate of ripe cherry with a touch of earthiness.
