Shiraz dominant red blended wine lending bright raspberry fruit and plush tannin structure with Cabernet Sauvignon to provide blackberry fruits , palate weight and structure and then Grenache to provide spice and fruit sweetness on the palate. The nose has intense lifted mocha, caramel and baking spice notes. The palate is full and mouth coating with brown sugar, jammy blackberry and chocolate notes.

Early Harvest wines are created from selected parcels of flavour ripe grapes harvested from early ripening regions in South Eastern Australia. The fresh fruit flavours of Semillon and cut grass and lychee flavours of Sauvignon Blanc are balanced by the crisp dry finish, providing an easy drinking style of wine.

De Bortoli Prosecco is sourced from Victoria's King Valley - known as Little Italy given many Italian migrants have become multi-generational winemakers in the area. The sparkling wine tastes of apple and pear with fresh pithy lemon, gentle creaminess, complete with the very fine bubbles. Great on its own or shared with food.

Made from predominately Chardonnay grapes with a touch of Pinot Noir to add colour and fresh berry flavours, this is a vibrant sparkling wine to perfectly complement any celebration.
