Our apples are cold-pressed & unpasteurized to create a juice that is fit for Atalanta, the goddess of the golden apple herself. We then take this juice and ferment it to create a sparkling cider that falls somewhere between the classic 'sweet' and 'dry'.What were left with is an easy to drink crisp cider.
