Bubbles Rosé is a sparkling wine with a twist - a pink hue and the suggestions of red grape flavours adds an additional dimension to the fizz drinking experience. The palate displays a soft creamy palate thanks to millions of tiny bubbles. Each sip is full of strawberries, red cherry, spice and a hint of tropical fruit flavours.

The ruggedly spectacular vineyards of Tasmania have proved themselves capable of producing such fine sparkling wine that many think them the most serious challenger to the great Champagnes. The traditional grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir make this Distant South sparkling, a wine of finesse and complexity, of length and flavour. A Rich toastiness mingles with crisp apple notes, backed by a persistent creamy texture. A sparkling wine of outstanding quality.

Displaying a spritzy, fine bead of bubbles, soft on the palate with pear and citrus blossom, a fruity, floral finish and bright, fresh acidity.

A lower alcohol take on a classic Australian sparkling wine. Half the alcohol, half the calories, with a deliciously crisp taste. This crisp Brut Cuvée exhibits vibrant aromas of pear and quince with a delicate acidity.

A plentiful mousse sits atop a pale straw base that has gold tinged edges and a fine persistent bead. Toasty yeast lees scents are intermeshed with baked bread, citrus, light honeyed notes and traces of nut. The palate is tense and sculptured with racy acidity running through toast, subtly honeyed pear, yeast lees and roasted nut flavours. Dry crisp finish with a long aftertaste that builds a sense of creaminess as it lingers. Drink over the next 2-3 years. Alc. 12.5%

Upon release this Sept 2021, we find that a displayed colour of pale salmon and peach compliment the presence of red apple and baked pastry aromas which seamlessly flow onto a crisp and fresh palate of sweetened fruit and Turkish delight. Perfect as an aperitif, an afternoon with friends or paired with subtle seafood dishes. Predominately, our signle plot vineyard Pinot grape is used here with a touch of Chardonnay to bring a subtle nuance of flavours ripe for Australian summers. Grown & produced at our Ocean facing vineyard which rests under the watchful gaze of Paddy's Head nature reserve on Tasmania's pristine East Coast, the terroir of the region and natural amphitheatre are quintessential for growing our colder climate grapes which we find perfectly reflected here.
