The Shiraz is sourced from our Cookoothama Vineyard on the banks of the Murrumbidgee River at Darlington Point in the Riverina. Complex aromas of ripe berry and spice. Full-bodied wine displaying elegant tannins and powerful fruit concentration with a well-structured palate of dark cherry and blackberry melded with earthy overtones and well-integrated oak.

Bright and clear straw with honey edges. Vibrant stone fruits of nectarine and peach with lifted lemon blossom and lime. Slippery and long lasting on the palate, this full-bodied wine carries the sum of its parts with a sophisticated and seamless complexity. Fresh fruit is supported by spicy and lingering honeyed finish. A voluptuous wine that craves to be served with food.

Bottled early to retain the fresh fruit characters this wine is from the Murray Darling region in Victoria. The lively passionfruit and gooseberry flavours captured in the wine suit a prawn and rocket pasta perfectly.

De Bortoli Colombard Chardonnay blend has beautifully match the high acidity, fuller bodied Colomblard with the aromatic Chardonnay we all knew so well. Packed with zesty citrus, tropical fruits on the nose. A refreshingly dry whte great with richer seafood dishes.
