At the winery this wine is served on tap. That's how popular it is. Lighter in alcohol, and with green apple and fairy floss characters leaping out of the glass, this is sweet, fun and unashamedly easy drinking. Naturally effervescent and cold fermented it is made from old vine Gordo and Black Muscat.
Redbank Emily Pinot Noir Chardonnay Brut Cuvee
A popular bubbly on cafe lists around the country because it's an easy-drinking style with some intriguing straw characters, a hint of yeast, clean flavours, and balanced acidity.
Belena Pinot Grigio
Pale straw in colour, this wine displays clean and fragrant grassy aromas of pear and apple fruits. A soft richly textured finish combines to make an ideal food wine.
Cookoothama Chardonnay
Lifted aromas of ripe peach, nectarine and cantaloupe and mixed spice with toasty notes. On the palate, complex flavours of ripe peaches and cream with lively nectarine, biscuit and yeast notes and mineral like acidity.
Cottontail Wines
This wine is an un-oaked blend, sourced from the colder climate of South East Australia. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best of these two wine varieties. Fresh, crisp, refreshing, with abundant citrus flavours. The palate is clean with balanced acid and an elegant dry finish.
Berri Estates Fresh Dry White
With slightly fuller fruit flavours than its crisp companion, there is plenty of ripe melon and passionfruit flavours here.
