Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is one of Australia's truly remarkable beers. Produced from the very best ingredients available to the expert team at Coopers - all harvested during the 2016 vintage. As with previous Vintages, the 2016 Coopers Extra Strong Vintage Ale is driven by the choice of hops to be used in combination with premium South Australian maritime barley malt, crystal malt and malted wheat.The 2016 Vintage Ale utilises four hop varieties, two Australian and two American, which have been chosen for their particular benefits in imparting bitterness and aroma. It can be enjoyed now while the estery, fruity flavours and hop aromas leap out of the glass, or when mellower and sweeter malt flavours develop over the next two years.

Say Aloha to this fresh and fruity tropical beast: Wild Yak Pacific Ale. Melba and Galaxy hops provide an enticing sweet tropical fruit aroma complemented by citrus notes. A combination of pale malt and wheat malt provide a smooth, light palate rounding out the low bitterness

Ruby red in colour, The Morrison Brewery Irish Red Ale has low bitterness, strong malt flavour and aroma with hints of biscuit, toffee and roast. Some lingering sweetness, but seems dry at the same time thanks to the roast malt. A very creamy smooth finish with low carbonation makes it easy.

Pale, Munich, Crystal and Wheat provide a golden colour and a medium bodied malty base. Produced only in small batch quantities, revered Melburnian craft brewers Mountain Goat have released their popular Fancy Pants Amber Ale in cans. This unique brew has been nearly 20 years in the making after the guys at Mountain Goat had their beer epiphany moment back in the early 1990s. They discovered that beer doesn't have to be bland or at the opposite end, completely overpowering. In fact you could make a wonderfully drinkable brew that was a tad 'fancy'. They achieve this with the blending of Munich, Crystal and Roasted malt with the perfect amount of Cascade and Galaxy hops that delivers an amber colour, a soft sweet palate that is kept in check by the spicy, floral and fruity aspects of the quality hops.
