A delicate citrus/floral nose of fresh lime, guava and lavender warmth, given tension from herbal tones of pink peppercorn, lemon myrtle and the unmistakable, yet light scent of wormwood. Blood orange and peppery juniper set the tone on the palate with a fine interplay of refreshing herbal raciness and a pleasing sweetness derived from vanilla. Mt Compass Gin is produced from Australian grown grain distilled in small batches using a carefully chosen blend of traditional and indigenous botanicals - Juniper, coriander, cardamom, cinnamon and Lemon myrtle.
