Our barrel aged Gin is a small batch handcrafted Gin. It is made using a selection of old and new world botanicals. The Gin is then left in French and American Oak ex Barossa Valley Shiraz barrels, giving a smooth caramel richness to balance the citrus and juniper with a warm, woody finish.

This guys bringing Juniper, and lots of it! Weve done this by using Macedonian berries distilled on our very own Copper Pot Still, named Ron. Who better to compliment our Juniper than the delicate flavours of Strawberry and Mint, along with all the other usual suspects. Weve achieved this via new world techniques being a Rotary Evaporator, otherwise known as cold vacuum distillation. Boiled at 30 degrees my friends! Keeping all that fresh flavour in... This is a powerful, full flavoured and complex gin created using our very own grape spirit base, for drinkers of Gin with a little bit of a kick. Grown, harvested & distilled at our East Coast Distillery, located in the pristine Island state of Tasmania, this Artisan style Navy Strength Gin is made using a combination of 9 botanicals which include locally sourced Tasmanian Pepperberries and Lemon Myrtle to name a few. The full flavoured, strong finish is enough to compliment any cocktail but, we think, much like the sailors of old that it is best enjoyed by itself, a sipping gin if you will.

Inspired by a 1930s recipe that Distiller and Spirit Architect, Odelia Potts, has adapted, the KXG Australian Classic Dry Gin is made by the single shot method and vapour distillation using ‘Miss Pottsy’, the 200 litre Still. The inaugural gin recipe is a mix of classic ‘London Dry’ gin botanicals like juniper, coriander seed and cardamom pods, with the addition of fresh Sydney organic lemons, as well as a local mix of Australian native myrtles.
