Made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey distilled partly in copper alembic and partly in steel continuous column, to achieve a medium body rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels using the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure all the secrets are contained in the liquid flavour.

HMS Royal Oak has a blend of 7 to 12 years. HMS Princessa contains rums aged exclusively in American white oak bourbon casks. All the rums have been aged between 5 and 7 years in our cellars before being blended together by our Master Blender. Distilled from sugar cane honey, aged and matured in a complex Solera of batches of Rum aged between 6 and 23 years old in various styles of old oak barrels. This spirit has intensity, volume of flavour and an attractive, mellow flavour that makes this the ultimate Rum experience.

Santisima Trinidad 15 Year Old Rum is the result of three stages of ageing. Firstly, liquors are aged for at least 4 years before being blended into the base rums. Base rums are distilled from cane sugar and ages for 3, 7 or 25 years. This new 15-year-old rum is further barrel aged, rounding out the profile.Dark amber in appearance with aged, Santisima 15 Year Old has woody notes, toasty nuances and dried fruit aromas. The flavour is long, combining sweetness and a slight bitterness well integrated with almond and walnut flavours.

Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Intense dark amber with soft vanilla, smoky honey, toffee and oak on the nose. Massive flavour, strong and textured with caramel and cocoa.

Dos Maderas PX 5 + 5 rum is made from a combination of rums from Barbados and Guyana. It is unique because of its triple ageing process where for 5 initial years the rum is aged in the Carribean in oak casks. Next PX 5 + 5 is aged in Spain for 5 years in sherry casks, and lastly for 2 more years in even older sherry casks. Sweet on the palate and very smooth
