Dictador 20 year old Rum 700mL is made from the fermentation of virgin sugar cane honey that has been distilled in both copper alembic and steel continuous column to achieve a smooth medium body rum. Bacardi Coconut rum spirit drink is made with a unique blend of BACARDI rum & natural coconut extracts to create a bold & intensely flavoured spirit. Each BACARDI flavoured rum achieves the right balance between the smooth, dry rum & intense, invigorating fruit flavour. Compared to many other flavoured spirits, BACARDI flavoured rums provide a richer, smoother base not obtainable from other base spirits. A blend of white rums provides a light base for BACARDI Coconut. The fresh fruit essences are blended with the rum base by a Maestro de Ron in individual batches.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.
