Back in 1931, the Dennery Distillery was founded in St. Lucia. This year is honoured by St. Lucia Distillers (who were formed by the merger of the Dennery Distillery and other distillery in 1972) with the 1931 series of top notch rums! This is the Fourth Edition from the series.

Havana Club Anejo Especial from Cuba is a blend of rums that have spent between four and seven years in oak barrels and is the perfect rum to enhance the existing subtle spice flavours with whole all natural spices.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

Solera is the crowning masterpiece in the Bundaberg Rum Master Distillers Collection. This is their finest and most intricate rum and testament to their unwavering search for true perfection in craftsmanship. The complex Solera fractional blending process utilises the finest aged dark rum reserves, carefully matured in selected rich port, full-bodied bourbon and sweet sherry barrels before being married in one of a kind Solera Vat.
