Gomersal Wines is nestled in the heart of the Barossa Valley and embraces the district's traditional approach to winemaking. Lifted aromas of cherry and spice combine with a palate of dark chocolate, red berries and fine tannins, to produce a full flavoured wine with excellent length.

Dark fruit, blackberry, chocolate, black cherry. Velvety finish that is lovely and moreish. Very easy drinking, sweet but not too sweet, light but good flavour and legs, fruity but also some raisins and nuts.

Shiraz dominant red blended wine lending bright raspberry fruit and plush tannin structure with Cabernet Sauvignon to provide blackberry fruits , palate weight and structure and then Grenache to provide spice and fruit sweetness on the palate. The nose has intense lifted mocha, caramel and baking spice notes. The palate is full and mouth coating with brown sugar, jammy blackberry and chocolate notes.

A sip of Devil's Lair Honeybomb is an expression of flavour, colour andtextures in the mouth. Light pink with a copper hue, this wine has crushed summer berry flavours with a creamy texture and a seductive hint of sweetness. Yellow Tail Rose is a refreshing Provence style Rose. With a delicate blush colour, delicious fruit and floral flavours and a crisp finish; it's the perfect wine for a warm sunny afternoon.

Vines have flourished in the Luberon for hundreds of years with the grapes benefiting from the warmth of the Mediterranean climate whilst retaining a lovely fresh finish. This red from France is a great introduction to Bordeaux without the expensive price tag. A deep purple colour with hint of spice and vegetal aromas. The palate is supple and round with notes of plum, leather and spice with a rich, persistent finish.
