100% pinot gris grapes come from different areas located in the south of France: vineyards which are under Mediterranean influence and whose clay and limestone soils bring aromatic richness to the wine, and cooler vineyards in the Aude Valley whose grapes lend finesse and freshness. This Red Hill Esatate Pinot Grigio comes from the Mornington Peninsula. It is a cool climate wine, which displays aromas of refreshing citrus and lime zest, some confectionery notes with a hint of musk on the nose. It is soft on the palate with freshly cut pears, some minerality and neat acidity back bone. Resulting in a clean crisp after taste that makes this Pinot Grigio the perfect match for seafood dishes.
