Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Featuring Australian native botanicals including Lemon Myrtle, Blood Lime, River Mint and Dorrigo Pepperleaf, Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin is unique in the fact that all fourteen botanicals are individually distilled utilising one of three separate infusion points within a 300L copper pot still. While particularly labour intensive, the result is a perfectly balanced and wonderfully complex dry gin that fuses the old world with the new.

A small batch New Western Style Dry Gin, made in Portland, Oregon. It is thought to be the first true partnership between distiller and bartender. Leading US mixologist Ryan Magarian, its creator, describes it as a “botanical democracy” of juniper, cardamom, coriander, lavender, anise seed, sarsaparilla and dried orange peel.

American Serve is a new range of premix cans that brings fans of Jack Daniels a new way to enjoy the much loved Tennessee Whiskey brand. Four Pillars Spiced Negroni gin cuts through the Campari and vermouth in your Negroni. It uses the base Four Pillars botanicals along with extra Tasmanian pepper berry leaf and cinnamon. There is also some West African spice called Grains of Paradise, with clove and Sichuan characters. Cameron uses organic blood oranges in the botanical basket, as well as ginger.

Maker's Mark 46 Kentucky Bourbon Whisky is one unique Bourbon. Starting with the original Maker's Mark whisky, the barrels are emptied of the golden spirit to make way for extra French Oak staves. The whisky is then returned to the barrel and then aged to taste. Ultimately, this helps provide Maker's 46 with its distinct caramel and toasted oak flavour while eliminating the bitterness that usually comes with whiskies that are aged longer.<p><b>Please note: Limit of 4 bottles per customer</b></p>
