Porta Dante Organic Prosecco
The Porta Dante Organic Prosecco is made from organically grown grapes picked at their peak maturity and vinified at low temperatures in order to preserve the delicate fruit characters. The second fermentation and subsequent resting on the lees require at least 60 days in order to obtain a fine, persistent bead and mouthfeel. A fine effervescent bead and luminescent yellow colour make this an attractive and lively Prosecco. Meticulous winemaking allows the bouquet to fully express itself with attractive stone fruit, ripe golden delicious apples meet citrus and honeysuckle. The palate is pristine, long and cleansing.
