Pale salmon pink with fresh cherry, watermelon and blueberry aromas that lead to cherry, red berry flavours and a clean finish.

Since 1992, Madfish have been producing an exciting range of contemporary, cool climate wines inspired by the wild, coastal and pure characterises of Australia's South West. The wines are made by the dedicated team led by chief winemaker Janice McDonald. Taylors One Small Step Cabernet Merlot delivers flavours of ripe plum, red berries along with subtle liquorice and chocolate, finishing in a smooth and elegant fashion. This is such an easy-drinking, soft and approachable wine. There is wonderful flavour and richness but its not at all confrontinga bit like a red wine with training wheelsand a true little treasure!
