A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. The wine is elegant and shows great length of flavour and well-structured palate line. The Raconteur is sourced from Carl Linder's 80 year old Cabernet Sauvignon Vineyard located in the Barossa Valley; these old vines are hand harvested and made using traditional techniques by Vinaceous contract winemaker Elena Brooks (Dandelion Vineyards). The wine is matured in oak and selected by Vinaceous Winemakers Mike Kerrigan and Nick Stacy and sent to West Cape Howe Wine (WA) for finishing, fining, blending and bottling by Vinaceous. The Raconteur 'breaks the mold' for Barossa Cabernet; lush, rich and deep purple in colour with bright hues, the aroma leaps from the glass with violets and black berry and mocha notes. Ripe fleshy black currants and cassis complement the overall palate with intensity, weight, structure and texture. Along with lip-smacking tannins and fine oak nuances, the Raconteur can easily be enjoyed on immediate opening or be cellared in the short term.

Risky Business Shiraz Tempranillo Grenache is a blend of 2% Malbec and 13% Grenache grapes with 17% Tempranillo and 68% Shiraz grapes. The resulting wine displays dark crimson red hues, with rich aromas of sweet ripe plums and smoky steeped fruits flowing off its luxurious bouquet. These vibrant fragrances effortlessly shift to the palate to provide juicy flavours of spicy plum fruits and smoky characters. The fine tannins offer an elegant mouthfeel, culminating in a generous and captivating finish showing hints of astringency. Drink this bright red wine with lamb curry, kangaroo meatballs, pizza and lasagna.

This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.
