Grant Burge Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon

This Grant Burge Barossa Ink Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely deep red with purple hues. The bouquet is rich with blackcurrant, mint and dark chocolate. The textural palate has fine tanning, and excellent persistence with intense chocolate and berry flavours. A deeply coloured wine with great depth and varietal definition. This wine has been carefully blended with vibrant, flavour packed parcels of premium Barossa wine to create a Cabernet Sauvignon so bold and dark in colour, it's almost ink.

Running with Bulls Tempranillo

Running with Bulls Barossa Tempranillo is deep crimson in colour with alluring and evolving aromas. Opening with blueberries, black cherry and cocoa powder the aromas lead to hints of tobacco leaf, Sichuan pepper and rose water. Since 2005, it has returned to being a family owned and run winery, with David and Jenni Brown overseeing its success. With Phil Lehmann, the son of Peter Lehmann, as chief winemaker, they are going from strength-to-strength. High Eden’s chilly heights lead to harvests up to a month later than those in neighbouring Eden Valley. The result is gorgeous Cabernet like this, full of dark fruit and chocolate.
