Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. They work closely with local grape growers to capture the individual essence of each site, to create excellent wines that express a sense of place. Rhythm Stick Wines are artisan Riesling producers that have a single minded approach to making terroir driven Rieslings from the heart Australia's most celebrated Riesling region, the Clare Valley. Their Red Robin Riesling is made by Clare Valley icon, Tim Adams, and is simply bursting with freshness and vitality. Minerals on the nose, followed by zesty citrus characters on the palate all accompanying a superb length and fine acid structure.

The Riesling has taken a little time to develop, but is now showing brilliant lime, citrus and tropical fruit balanced with cutting acidity.

Brown Brothers are well known for their quality sweet style wines and create the ever popular Crouchen Riesling that exhibits aromas of white peach, pear, even a little lychee. On the palate there is abundant sweet fruit with generous length provided by residual sugar and soft acidity.
