These low yielding Riesling vines give structure to the palate while maintaining its refreshing acidity and complementing the fruit and floral characters in the wine. A bright lemon colour with aromas of apple blossom, mandarin zest and wet stone. A structured Riesling with great intensity. The orchard fruit and citrus characters are balanced by a refreshing acidity and chalky minerality. The finish is bright, pure, and long. Awarded Silver at the Critics Wine Challenge 2024.
