Planted in the Southern Victorian cool-climate region of Henty in 1964, the Drumborg Vineyard has become one of Australia's premier vineyards for producing Riesling, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Always in very limited supply, the Drumborg Riesling is a delicate white with pronounced floral notes and notes of citrus zest on the nose. The palate follows through with delicate lime flavours and a trademark zippy mineral acid backbone. Wonderfully fresh and vibrant early in its life, the Drumborg Riesling is also famous for ageing exceptionally well and will further develop in the bottle for a further decade or more.

Schloss Vollrads vineyards date back to nearly a millennia and the history can be tasted in Rowald Hepp's truly elegant wines. The Kabinett Riesling is beautifully balanced between soft, ripe citrus fruit with a lovely sweetness on the palate with clean cut acidity and delicate minerality.

Pale straw with green hues. Aromatic pear and citrus on the nose, with the same fruit characters and a touch of lychee coming through on the palate. The finish is balanced with soft acidity.

Floral aromas of Riesling grapes as well as fresh lemon, lime and citrus scents flow from the attractive bouquet, which is further balanced by a natural mineral acidity on the palate to end in a crisp and captivating finale. This enticing Organic Riesling tastes marvellous with oysters, grilled fruits and pan-fried whiting fish.

Aromatic dry white, pale straw in colour, lifted lime zest and red apple blossom on the nose. Refreshing palate with upfront fruit characters of grapefruit and red apple balanced beautifully with crisp acidity and a rich palate.

Fresh and lively with notes of Key lime and lemon blossom, complementing a delicate , yet zesty, citrus palate with hints of guava leading to a clean linear finish.
