Angostura 7YO dark rum is a blend of rums aged in charred American oak barrrels for seven years. This is an energetic and flavourful rum that stays true to Angostura tradition, keeping their rums smooth. Copper gold in colour with a pale gold hue, this rum has moderate aromas of golden syrup, dates and honeycomb. The medium bodied palate offers flavours of coffee creme, honeycomb, and spice with a touch of sarsaparilla. Finishes off with a long aftertaste of liquorice allsorts followed by a drying cedar end note.
