The wine is a blend of 50% cabernet with 37% shiraz and 13% merlot delivering vibrant colour then true cabernet blackberry and cassis aromas and dominant flavour as well, while the rest of the varietal makeup adds a sweeter fruit-cored palate, full with bright red energy and comforting, easy drinking textures. The PF Grenache is made from grapes grown on our certified biodynamic single-estate vineyard, grown without herbicides, fungicides or synthetic chemicals. It is made without additions of any kind: sulphur (preservative), acid, tannin or finings. It is medium bodied, fresh, fruit driven wine that is delicious enjoyed as a young wine.

The Jesters of the Courts of Europe had one motivation, to entertain the household of a nobleman and his guests. The Jester, a modern day entertainer, is exactly that. Medium bodied with delicate, bright red fruit characteristics. Soft, supple, with a complete structure and fine grained tannins that lead to a long, savoury finish.
