19 Crimes Pinot Noir is part of a range that celebrates our convict history. Its delicious combination of fresh strawberries, raspberries and white pepper. Along with a generous mouthfeel this wine is supported by a soft, velvety texture with good length and subtle tannin to finish.

The typical Margaret River Cabernet characters of red berries and leafiness are neatly balanced with the softer, plummy notes of Merlot.

Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.

From the stable of Devils Lair, Fifth Leg is a blend of Cabernet, Shiraz and Merlot that is a soft and supple drink-now style. The quality of the Margaret River fruit gives it flavour which will appeal to the serious red wine drinker as well.

Restrained red fruit with a background of menthol, leather and tobacco on the nose leads to a big mouthful of cherries, vanilla and plums with good intensity. A nicely balanced wine, drinking very well.

Squealing Pig is a tale about a pig who wanted more from life. Pale salmon colour it is a crisp, silky smooth style of Sparkling Rose. Intensely aromatic on the nose and tastes full and luscious on the palate.

Jamiesons Run has been crafting premium, approachable wines since the early 1950s with a winemaking focus that starts in the vineyard. Their Grazier Shiraz is sweet in dark berry fruit,mulberry and plum flavours predominate, interwoven with cedar and mocha oak. This is a easy drinking red, with generous ripe flavours supported by supple sweet tannins, balanced acidity and a good finish.
