David Joeky marries deep, black Durif and smooth spicy Shiraz to produce a darker, denser, profound red. As he says: “Magical things happen when Shiraz and Durif come together” . His Dark Corner bears that out to delicious perfection. The result? It's almost as dark as the corner in which it was made, a wine to stain your palate, and once tasted, you’ll be hooked. Hardys have produced an easy drinking Cabernet, with attractive soft berry flavours which flow easily across the palate and gentle tannins on the finish. Bottled in the larger format 1L bottles, there's now more to go around!

Tyrrells had been a well known winery for decades. Its Old Winery Pinot Noir is medium bodied due to the warmer climate in NSW. Attractive cherry and strawberry jams, perfumed spices with restrained oak on the nose. Its smooth texture and chalky tannins certainly leaves a great impression on the palate.

Bin 707 is a Cabernet Sauvignon reflection of Grange, intensely-flavoured fruit, completion of fermentation and maturation in new oak, expressing a Penfolds understanding of multi-vineyard, multi-region fruit sourcing. Bin 707 was first vintaged in 1964. The wine was not made from 1970 to 1975 when fruit was directed to other wines, nor in 1981, 1995, 2000, 2003 or 2011 (when fruit of the required style and quality was not available). Full bodied and with proven cellaring potential, Bin 707 retains a secure place among the ranks of Australias finest Cabernets.

19 Crimes Shiraz is full and round on the palate with a subtle sweetness giving a rich and round mouth feel. The vanilla aromatics carry through on the palate and compliment subtle flavours of raspberries, dark plums, and chocolate leading to a lingering finish.
