Tempus Two Cabernet Merlot is well-balanced and full-bodied, exhibiting rich berry fruit and chocolate flavours. Matured in both French and American barriques for ten months to capture and enhance the complexities of these two varieties

Yalumba The Caley Cabernet Shiraz is the pinnacle of a long winemaking journey of excellence, that rightfully honours one of Yalumbas most adventurous sons. A blend of Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Barossa Shiraz, The Caley is a classic marriage of two noble varieties and two great Australian wine regions.

A medium bodied shiraz, ruby red in colour with aromas of cherries and spicy oak. A generous wine showing soft juicy dark fruit & mocha oak flavours with savoury tannins that add length to the palate. Enjoy now with bangers and mash.

This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Ideally suited to drink with figs, swiss cheese and dark chocolate.

Light bodied wine, early harvested grapes resulting in a lower alcohol content. Full luscious berry, plum & spice, with a smooth finish.

This lovely crisp Sauvignon Blanc features fresh snow pea and asparagus notes with hints of tropical fruit. The aromas are reflected on the palate, along with passionfruit and lychee supported by refreshing natural acidity.

Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon is a bright red colour with a fragrant nose of primary red fruits and blackcurrants. Aromas of crushed blackberries with sweet mocha also fill the nose. Brimming with rich blackcurrant fruit and sour cherry flavours, the wine is mid-weight and displays a soft velvety finish.

Tyrrells had been a well known winery for decades. Its Old Winery Pinot Noir is medium bodied due to the warmer climate in NSW. Attractive cherry and strawberry jams, perfumed spices with restrained oak on the nose. Its smooth texture and chalky tannins certainly leaves a great impression on the palate.
