The addition of juice extract and natural essence from apples is what makes Clyde May's distinct. This is a smooth sipping whiskey displaying hints of green apple and cinnamon spice with toasty undertones. We have named this whiskey in honour of Clyde May - a moonshiner by trade and a craftsman by night, who was known for producing outstanding Alabama style whiskey.

Santisima Trinidad 7 year old Rum is tbright amber in colour with slightly sweet aromas of raisins, dried grapes and oak. On the palate there is slight but perceptible sweetness, combined with hints of vanilla and dried sweet almonds.

Inspired by traditional Rock & Rye recipes, Hochstadters Slow and Low combines a master blend of aged rye whiskies, three citrus peels: lemon, grapefruit and orange before being infused with a tiny amount of 100% raw, local honey and pure cane rock candy - creating a drink similar to an Old Fashioned. The drink itself is mellow with slightly sweet flavours exceptionally balanced with citrus, grapefruit and rock candy notes.
