Produced right in the heart of the McLaren Vale wine region, ‘Ginache’ contains Never Nevers's award-winning Triple Juniper Gin and Grenache juice from grapes picked from the McLaren Vale region. ​A contemporary take on traditional sloe gin at 38% ABV, the spice and bright citrus flavours of this gin work wonderfully with the jammy raspberry brightness of the young Grenache character.​

The flavours in Adelaide Gin are floral in nature, built up using a traditional range of spices including cardamom, juniper, orris, coriander, and nutmeg, as well as the beautiful richness of Kangaroo Island lavender.Adelaide Gin is a sophisticated dry gin, perfect when served neat. Titos Handmade Vodka is produced in Austin at Texas first and oldest legal distillery. It is micro distilled in an old-fashioned pot still, just like fine single malt scotches and high-end French cognacs and distilled six times. Titos Handmade Vodka is designed to be savoured by spirit connoisseurs and everyday drinkers alike. This time-honoured method of distillation requires more skill and effort than modern column stills, but its well worth it.

Pine needle, brushed rosemary, lemon oil, earthy root extending into fragrant pepper. The palate is immediately fragrant with a bright citrus character up front. The finish is long and complex with a rich creaminess that dries out almost immediately. It is brimming with the brightness of the best juniper in the world, air freighted in for freshness. We treat the juniper in three distinct ways, partially steeped, partially in the pot and partially in the vapour, in carefully selected balance, to capture both the bright and the earthy qualities of this wonder berry. Well, it's actually the world's smallest conifer, but let's not get too technical. The copious amounts of juniper give you the best thing about gin in spades. But juniper is a force that needs managing. A carefully selected bouquet of botanicals honours the brilliance of the juniper by complementing it, rather than overpowering it. Australian coriander provides a brighter citrus and less earthiness than its English or Indian counterparts. A predominate fresh lemon citrus influence with a touch of fresh lime and liquorice lifts it up over a root base of angelica and orris. Native pepperberry provides a balancing savoury element without the heavy menthol finish of traditional peppers. A hint of cinnamon the just the right amount of warmth.

NED is distilled from select Australian grain and matured until it has a boldness and character that befits its name. This limited First Batch is fiercely independent and unlike anything that has come before it.
