The harmony is perfect. Aromas of white flowers are wonderfully associated with hints of prunes and white peaches, creating a silky and fine effect. The Pinot Meunier reveals all the fullness of its fruit, and is completed by the Chardonnay with its distinguished freshness. The beautiful green highlights, a slightly golden tint and the fine bubbles evoke the elegance of the Millesime, a rare year, unusual because of its extraordinary weather conditions with sunshine and rainfall playing a major role. Its bouquet expresses the minerality from this exceptional year, and its notes of white-fleshed orchard fruit lead into on fine, subtle toasted notes.

Laherte Frères Blanc de Blancs Nature is made with the best parcels of Chardonnay (located on the south slopes of Epernay and the Côte des Blancs). This wine is very representative of the purity and the minerality of the Chardonnay.

Fermented, aged and released in the same magnum bottle, only fruit from 7 Grand Cru vineyards is used to craft a blend of equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, which spends over 4 years ageing on lees plus 6 months post disgorgement. Further gentle ageing takes place until deemed ready for release by the Cellar Master. It displays a multitude of citrus, white and red fruits, linked by a common thread of minerality producing a mature complexity, elegance and length.
