Finally, the blended malts are mixed with aged grain whiskies and returned to cask to mature even further. This dedication to the art of blending creates an extra smooth and richer tasting whisky. Ireland's most famous distillery have branched out and things just got zesty. Introducing Jameson Orange. The smooth taste of triple-distilled Jameson Irish Whiskey, perfectly balanced with notes of zesty Orange flavour. On the nose it boasts exceptionally well-balanced aromas of zesty peel and juicy orange citrus fruits, with sweet whiskey undertones. The palate is delicate, smooth and full mouthfeel with distinctive notes of orange zest as well as spicy, nutty, sweet vanilla. The finish is clean with a sweet orange aftertaste.

Hilke is a specialist in linocutting: a traditional and highly skilled craft, derived from woodcutting: the oldest printmaking technique. Woodcutting has been the inspiration behind all Eden Mill illustrations in our branding, so Hilke’s unique style and process was a perfect fit for our 2019 Release. Her work aligns perfectly with Eden Mill's traditional yet experimental principles. Eden Mill Head Distiller, Scott Ferguson has incorporated a selection of oloroso hogsheads, pedro ximenez hogsheads, american bourbon barrels, with a cask of chocolate malt spirit and crystal malt spirit to craft our latest Single Malt. 46.5% ABV.

In years long-passed, Distillery workers would help themselves to a dram using a 'Copper Dog'; a pipe hidden inside the leg of their trousers. These Speyside rascals and characters are the inpsiration for this unique blend of eight single malt whiskies, slowly married together in old oak casks.
