Dillons Point is renowned for producing Sauvignon Blancs with tropical fruit notes and passion fruit to the fore. There are hints of blackcurrant and grapefruit too. Yealands Estate Sauvignon Blanc was crafted using two fruit parcels from the estates own Seaview Vineyard. This fragrant wine shows pure characters of guava, fresh herbs and blackcurrant leaf, that are layered with lively citrus notes. The textured and elegant palate provides you a distinct mineral finish which Yealands Estates Sauv Blanc is known for. This white wine can be enjoyed as an apéritif or with goats cheese salad, freshly shucked oysters or prawn preparations. It is suitable for vegans and those allergic to gluten.
