Dimple 15 Year Old Scotch has fragrant tones that are almost tones of perfume mellowing to a sweet buttery aroma. Flavoursome and light, nothing spicy or harsh. The finish is delicate and maybe a gesture of dark chocolate hiding in there.

An easy-drinking style, taking the distillery's classically rugged character and softening it out, while maintaining the smoky and sweet notes the distillery is known for. More approachable, but still definitely Talisker. Talisker Skye was introduced in early 2015, named after the beautiful island on which the distillery resides. This expression brings with it a more well-rounded and sweet flavour profile packed with fresh citrus, sweet smoke, peppery spice and traditional Talisker maritime notes. It's matured in a combination of refill and toasted American oak casks, with a slightly higher proportion of toasted casks. The Glenlivet 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky Double Oak 700mL has been called a lot of things in its time: smooth, fruity, complex, sophisticated, entertaining, classic. Representing The Glenlivet’s signature style, this classic malt is first matured in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks which impart notes of vanilla and gives the whisky it’s distinctive smoothness. The mineral-rich water that comes from Josie’s Well helps form the flavours during mashing and fermentation, whilst the specific height and width of the copper stills add a delicate yet complex character. The colour is a bright, vibrant gold. The nose is summery and fruity. The palate is well-balanced with an overall fruity overtone and strong pineapple notes. The finish is long, creamy, and smooth.

Drambuie The Isle Of Skye Liqueur is a blend of aged Scotch whisky, herbs, spices & heather honey. Its origins can be traced to a secret recipe created by the Royal Apothecary in the 18th Century. The nose has aromas of aged malt whisky blended with a mix of herbal and floral overtones and rich honey. The flavour provides a kaleidoscopic taste sensation, a complex arrangement of herbal, spicy, sweet and honey notes. It is voluptuous, mellifluous and full bodied.

This Rhubarb & Ginger Gin may be inspired by our Liqueur, a true original but is distinctive in its own right. A demonstration of natural flavour expertise.

Ardbeg 10 Year Old Single Malt is typical Islay (eye-la). Light gold colour with exceptional balance and depth on the nose. The aroma is a beguiling mix of toffee and chocolate sweetness, cinnamon spice, Fresh citrus and floral notes of white wine are evident, as are melon, pear drops and a gentle creaminess. There is also fresh phenolics of seaspray and smoked fish. Hickory and coffee emerge on the finish.
