Each year in spring Bleasdale freshen the base blend by adding new vintage Shiraz, freshening the pre-Christmas bottling with new vintage wine, maintaining consistency. Bleasdale Sparkling Shiraz is richly flavoured with deep colour and displays dark berry fruit aromas, sweet plum and spicy flavours, silky tannins and a rich, velvety smooth palate.

Joan's Sparkling Méthode Champenoise Rosé celebrates Joan Anson's wine journey. We re-fermented sparkling wines made together in our Hawthorn garage in the 1990's, Barwon Ridge 2011 Chardonnay, 2021 Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and our first Pinot Meunier.
