Once & Wells Chardonnay comes from grapes grown in both the warmer and cooler areas of the Margaret River region, mixing tropical and citrus characteristics to produce a distinctive and well-balanced wine. The Chardonnays nose is vibrant, rich and enticing with tropical fruits such as lychee and pineapple, citrus, some spice, nougat and hints of jasmine. The palate is light and refreshing with a mealy mid-palate and elegant finish. A touch of vanilla and spicy oak gives this Chardonnay a refined note.
